Mpumalanga
The area Mpumalanga is characterized by the world-famous Kruger National Park, the largest game park in South Africa. In the near town of Pilgrims Rest, an old gold mining town, you will find the Blyde River Canyon, the third-largest canyon in the world and the Bourke's Luck Potholes. Visit the Kapama Cheetah farm and the Moholoholo Rehabitalition station where you can experience the Big 5 through game walks and drives.
North West Province
North West is an inland South African province that borders Botswana. Its landscape is defined by mountains in the northeast and bushveld scattered with trees and shrubs. The province is home to Sun City, an upscale resort with hotels, a casino, and a water park with a massive wave pool. Nearby is Pilanesberg National Park, with an extinct volcano and more than 7,000 animals, including lions and elephants.
KwaZulu-Natal
This easternmost province, known as the land of the Zulu People of the Sky, borders on the Indian Ocean, a World Heritage Site. A world heritage site with its long white sandy beaches, whale watching, diving and surrounding beach areas. Tropical fruits and seafood are just some spoils that you can delight in, in this area.
In the natural parks like Hluhluwe - iMfolozi, Ithala or Mkuze you can encounter the largest deposits of rhinos in Africa. Take in the breathtaking panoramas and the impressive flora and fauna on the hikes in the huge Drakensberg.
Cape Region
This province is a travellers' delight. Wine producing area such as Franschhoek and Stellenbosch, where one can experience excellent wine tastings. In Knysna, we offer boat trips and hikes in the Featherbed Nature Park. Ostrich farms and caves in the Oudtshoorn area are further highlights. From the majestic Table Mountain down, experience the magnificent, unforgettable views of Cape Town, where attractions such as Boulders penguins, Cape Point, Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens and much, much more waiting for you. From June to October is the best months for whale watching in the coastal town of Hermanus.
Limpopo
Limpopo is a South African province bordering Botswana, Zimbabwe and Mozambique. It's known for bushveld and wildlife reserves, including part of Kruger National Park. West of the Kruger are the craggy Blouberg mountains and Makgabeng Plateau with ancient rock art. Near the provincial capital Polokwane, the Arend Dieperink Museum and fossil-rich caves of Makapansgat explore history dating back to early hominids.
Zimbabwe
Zimbabwe is a landlocked country in southern Africa known for its dramatic landscape and diverse wildlife, much of it within parks, reserves and safari areas. On the Zambezi River, Victoria Falls make a thundering 108m drop into narrow Batoka Gorge, where there’s white-water rafting and bungee-jumping. Downstream are Matusadona and Mana Pools national parks, home to hippos, rhinos and birdlife.
Namibia
Namibia, a country in southwest Africa, is distinguished by the Namib Desert along its Atlantic Ocean coast. The country is home to diverse wildlife, including a significant cheetah population. The capital, Windhoek, and coastal town Swakopmund contain German colonial-era buildings such as Windhoek's Christuskirche, built in 1907. In the north, Etosha National Park’s salt pan draws game including rhinos and giraffes.
Tanzania
Tanzania is an East African country known for its vast wilderness areas. They include the plains of Serengeti National Park, a safari mecca populated by the “big five” game (elephant, lion, leopard, buffalo, rhino), and Kilimanjaro National Park, home to Africa’s highest mountain. Offshore lie the tropical islands of Zanzibar, with Arabic influences, and Mafia, with a marine park home to whale sharks and coral reefs.
Mozambique
Mozambique is a southern African nation whose long Indian Ocean coastline is dotted with popular beaches like Tofo, as well as offshore marine parks. In the Quirimbas Archipelago, a 250km stretch of coral islands, mangrove-covered Ibo Island has colonial-era ruins surviving from a period of Portuguese rule. The Bazaruto Archipelago farther south has reefs which protect rare marine life including dugongs.
Botswana
Travelling through Botswana a unique opportunity stirs to approach the untamed African wildlife in their natural habitat. The contrast between the sandy Kalahari and the Okavango Delta paradise is a great experience, where contact with elephants, hippos and wild cats provides for exhilarating encounters.
